Essence of Vigour

Carved into the walls of forgotten temples and etched upon weathered stones in places that have not had visitors for ages, ancient sigils tell fragments of a tale that defies understanding.

These cryptic markings, found by Seekers in the deepest caverns and upon wind-scoured monuments, seem to indicate traces of an essence that pulsed with the rhythm of creation itself - a substance that could awaken dormant powers within mortal flesh and bone. The symbols grow more intricate and alien the deeper one ventures into these lost sanctuaries, as if the very source of this knowledge lies beyond the reach of earthly comprehension.

But the Seekers ( or one specific, Seeker ) have knowledge of these runes, and they can be read. The old chronicles speak in riddles of warriors whose strength knew no earthly bounds, whose endurance seemed drawn from inexhaustible wells of cosmic energy. In moments of greatest trial, when lesser souls would crumble, these blessed champions would shine with an inner radiance that spoke of deeper mysteries. Their bodies became vessels for something greater - channels through which flowed the very essence of vigor itself.

Yet the sigils offer no clear answers, only mysteries yet to be solved. What force first brought this power to our world? From whence did it come? The ancient symbols spiral into patterns that hurt the mind to follow, suggesting origins that may lie beyond the stars themselves… or perhaps somewhere far stranger still.

The modern age, with limited understanding, has stumbled upon echoes of this ancient gift. They have given it a simple name: “creatine” - created by living bodies. Yet they grasp only the surface of its true nature, blind to the deeper currents that flow beneath.

At Lichen and Lumina, we have delved into this tale - with the help of the Seekers of course - seeking to restore what was lost.

We have produced the "Essence of Vigour" A wondrous creatine. Although it s potential has yet to be realized, it carries within it something more than mere science can explain - a resonance that brings to mind those first mysteries, carved in stone and shadow....
